Key Shipping Details

  • Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (AEST – Australian Eastern Standard Time)
  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Delivery time: 4–6 business days
  • Free shipping: Available on all orders within Australia
  • Estimated total delivery time: 5–8 business days (including processing and shipping)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at support@novanadine.com.

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may still return the item in accordance with our Return Policy. In this case, return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with an issue—such as damage, a defect, or receiving the wrong item—please email us within 30 days of delivery at support@novanadine.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the problem
  • A brief explanation of the issue

If the problem is confirmed to be on our side, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you, including covering any return shipping fees if required.


Shipping Delays

Most orders arrive within 5 to 8 business days from the purchase date.

If your package has not been delivered within this timeframe, we recommend allowing an additional 2–3 business daysin case of courier delays.
