Refund & Returns Policy – Nova Nadine

1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

If you're not completely happy with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. Requests made after this period won’t be accepted.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In their original condition with all tags attached

2. Return or Exchange Process

To begin the process, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@novanadine.com with:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
    • A brief explanation of the reason
  2. Once we review your request, we’ll send you detailed instructions, including where to send your package.
  3. Securely pack the item(s), and include your invoice or a note with your order number.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided.
    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll proceed with the appropriate refund or exchange if all conditions are met.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 2 business days after your return is approved.
  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.

4. Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please reach out to us as soon as possible at support@novanadine.com.

In such cases:

  • We will cover the return shipping costs
  • You can choose between a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost
